Shipping Rules

  • Most of our orders start production within 24 hours of receiving payment, and ship within 1-2 business days after production is completed. We use SF-INTERNATIONAL and UPS for most of our shipments. 
  • If you place a custom order, it may take 25-30 business days depending on the difficulty of the craft.
  • We are not guaranteed for the shipping transition time. The estimated delivery time will be provided by the shipping carrier, the ETA may vary due to the weather or special situation.
  • After hand-made finish, We aim to ship orders within 2 business days for US domestic orders. However, this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also, we do have a few special-order items that have longer lead times. These lead times are noted on the items page. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out. If you require a faster lead time, please contact us.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our US warehouse once you receive the package. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the customers once we shipped out the package.
  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico and all outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
  • We do not offer local pickup.
