1. Importing katana

• Handmade Knives: Our knives are handmade, with blade lengths typically around 71cm, following traditional craftsmanship. However, according to UK customs regulations, you must have the appropriate collection or usage license to import such knives. Additionally, you should have some experience with or a collection of katanas.

2. Customs Declaration Responsibility

• We will declare the items truthfully, but the customs declaration and associated risks are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is seized or rejected due to declaration issues, the responsibility does not fall under our after-sales support.

3. Shipping Method

• We ship via postal services. While some customers have successfully received their orders, others have faced issues due to improper customs declaration, which could result in the package being seized.

4. Customer Recommendations

• Please ensure that you have a valid collection or usage license and are aware of UK customs regulations. Properly declare the item to reduce the risk of seizure.

5. Customer Agreement

• Default Agreement: Customers who purchase these items are presumed to be aware of and agree to these rules. Before each shipment, we will notify customers of the relevant customs regulations and responsibilities through an email to ensure clarity.
